In Luton area, my internet is back up and stable, but V+ interactive stuff is down, no return path still. Hasn't come back up since it started.

Re: Broadband down and technical support no answer, CS out of order??
Down here in Welwyn Garden City. I find it poor that the service status line isn't working. Whats the point of it when it doesn't work when there is an outage. The only line that i can get to work is the one for bt customers and all that says is they are having technical problems and to check their website, well i would if i could. They could at least update this message to explain whats wrong.

Re: Broadband down and technical support no answer, CS out of order??
still not back up here in Portsmouth..
flashing ready light
The chap I spoke to in Bangalor or wherever assured me that the system was up and running fine, and that I would need a callout from an engineer, as it was my modem that was broken, happily he could give me a time slot (anywhere between 8am and 9am) but not tell me which day he may turn up, but it may happen in the next 4 days...
Good job my missus has this ADSL line for work otherwise I would be completely unnecissarily getting up early in anticipation of an engineer for the next few days...
Time for a review of services I think...
Do any of the other ISP's actually have phone numbers that relate to support in the UK?
Oh and its my first post :-)

Re: 17 December 07 - National Broadband Outage
My Broadband has just come back up in Northampton.
Just checked Virgin Media service status and no new problems reported so we all obviously imagined it!!!!
