Traffic Management! Pah, kill me down to 1mb if you want, in 5hrs ill be motoring along. i dont often do this, honest, wonder if webnwalk would let me download torrents, hmmmm

Roll on April. Getting tired of this utterly crap service. How can a company like this not have a back up telephony system in place? Complete shambles with a bunch of muppets that run it. 4 more months then it's back to Sky & BT.

they do have a back up phone service, but at this time of night, it is pretty much a skeleton staff there to man the phones, so even if there wasnt a problem with the phone, chances are you wouldnt get through anyway.

Its still better than not long ago, when CS and tech support closed at 8 during the week, and 5PM saturday

I can remeMber the last CSo a few years ago (at least.) one of the main routers got hit by lightening if I remember correctly. Iwas on the phone to them at the time and said ermm nothing works. even our systems. we dont know when it will be back.

It was back in a few hrs.

Went down here in ST15... Modem was reporting it had access denied.. thing someone's been pressing the wrong buttons :P
