Arrow A tech's coming
Hi everyone,

I've got a tech coming out (again) this morning due to dropouts, slow speeds, etc. What should I ask him to do? By default, all he'll do is change the modem (again), but is it worth asking him to change all the wiring, and could there be a fault at that brown box outside?

Fault tech wouldn't do a full rewire even if it was required so no.

192.168.100.1 check upstream downstream and snr .Have they changed the power supply in the past
