Modem Log Entries - on the fly UCD?

Hey,

just wondering if anyone knows what on the fly UCD is, whatever it is my modem started doing it early this morning, had a quick look with the search but couldn't find anything related mainly due to search character restrictions. Not used my connection today much so haven't noticed if it's misbehaving just being nosey really.
