Virgin Media Xbox LIVE Bundle - £28 for XL, or £37 trap?

Hello, I'm thinking of switching from AOL to Virgin Media some time, and one of their offers has grabbed my eye for a bundle, the link shown below:

http://www.virginmedia.com/xboxlive

I'm quite interested in the Phone XL and Broadband XL bundle. The phone price is the same as the standard, BUT the Broadband is £28, and their standard is £37. It does not specify in the Terms And Conditions of the page that the price will change, which is why I'm a bit confused... :S

So, am I heading for £48.95 a month, or £57.95 a month? :/

P.S. If it's a bundle as specified in the cost summary, does that mean it stays there?

AOhell is a provider i wouldnt wish on my worst enemy. I used to work for Carphone and when they bought Aohell UK it could only be a bad thing ! i still get nightmares about the queue of disgruntled TalkTalk customers beating a path to my shop door on a monday morning. Oh the horrors !

You have to sign up for the xbox live offer online, you can't phone sales to do it.

The reason for the difference is the 2 for 20 standard bundle (the discountthat gives BB M and Phone M for £20 is £9) Broadband XL is £19 more expensive taking it to £39. They then take the £11 line rental out giving £28.

It will still show up on the bill as £37. The discount doesn't run out

Re: Virgin Media Xbox LIVE Bundle - £28 for XL, or £37 trap?

Seems to good to be true this? I'm currently a BB Only customer on the M tier. Can I sign up for the XBOX Live deal and get XL for only an extra £3 a month? I followed the link and filled in all my details but then I got asked about install dates. I dont need anything installing as I have all the kit I need, I just need the XL config pushing to my modem (and my XBOX Live membership!)

Anybody care to venture a guess as to how this will work? Cheers

As an existing BB customer, you aren't eligible. See the legal bit in the attached:
