no more vm for me =-)

Services: was 20smeg slow with xl tv and phone now bt option 2 sky+ (multiroom) and 24meg be adsl+

how long before?
i have cancelled my phonexl - tvxl - and 20m cable connection. my phone was cut off within minuits and my tv card disconnected within a day.

my question is this how long before they shut my internet down is it 10days or sooner?

Should be the same time.....if your ex ntl then they may have forgotton to check the provisioning system fro BB perhaps?

Because if you are using their service and are not paying then that is theft and you will become liable for at least the costs incurred.

well i wont be paying as they should of disconnected it friday - i will contact them tomorrow and ask when they will be cutting it off so i can get my MAC code.

if you are moving from cable to ADSL then you dont need a MAC code it is only if you are moving from one ADSL provider to another.

Im assuming you are a cable customer ?

do you know how ridiculous that statement is.. lol.. you wouldnt like to guess how many modems are out there, with no billing attached to them in the ex-ntl area

To the Op, it can take 30 days for BBi to be turned off from day of cancellation, as it can be billed separately or differently to the other 2 services..
Looking at your location, your ex-bromley, still billed separately for both, so it can take 30 days to disconnect, but as ure billed separately it could also be they have disconnected ure BBI account
