ISP Problem

Ok I need a good internet connection to do work, it's not a contention issue, can you tell me when its going to be sorted out, btw: I am a computer network programmer since 90's this is the first post on a forum I have ever made on the internet, please sort it *EDITED*

Not much just a rant about being ripped of by an isp which i have no control over *******s oh well should be used to it by now in uk.
