kgibsonuk is an unknown quantity at this point
VM fault policy

I spoke to one of VM's tech support agents today regarding my constantly slow/dropping connection. Apparently Several other people in my area have reported the same fault however it hadn't been escalated or anything done due to not enough people reporting the problem. Does anyone else find that really bad policy or is it just me?

For what it is worth I find that a really bad policy but as we are talking about VM I think it is only to be expected re their absolutely appalling attitude toward Customer Service and satisfaction.
