Well that could be any PC on any ISP that will have that problem. Hands up who has had the exact same problem only to find a re-boot of PC or a good clean up hasn't solved the problem. That video proves nothing.

You're right, it could be be any ISP. That doesn't change the fact that that video is EXACTLY whats happening with a large number of customers on VM's 20meg package, myself included.

Vid is rubbish.
His comp could be a **** heap, he could be infested with adware/spyware etc
or
His connection could be **** with Virgin...
either way, video proves nothing!

My computer is clean as a whistle and I CAN get 16-18 Mb in the day time, come 4pm it slows down. The video is just a record of the connection slowing down, let everybody see, if you don;t believe me, you are welcome to come to my house and have a look see yourself.
