Two packages? What the deuce?

Ahoy all! I was just perusing (in a geeky fashion) my options for upgrading my broadband. I logged into the autoregister site expecting to see "2mb broadband" as my current service but in fact I got:

You are currently on our LIGHT Service service

Please select the service to which you would like to upgrade:
- 2Mb Broadband Internet Service
- BUND03 Service

A little googling brought up the idea that BUND03 was used back in 2005 for the 3mb package. Anyone got any idea why it's coming up for me? I only subscribed two months ago! As much as anything, I'm wondering which I'd select!

Re: Two packages? What the deuce?

No matter what package you have, it is crap, l see loads of adverts proclaiming the VM is the fastest broadband going, total nonsense, l could make a cup of tea quicker, l have problems with a V+ box so many times, that the ' automatic ' recording doesn't work properly we have to record the prog ourselves, we complain to VM and what do they say ' there is a problem in your area ', WHAT EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK,

It's not crap for everyone. Apart from occasionally crashing, my v+ is brilliant.
