virgin 20 or 2 meg

just got vurgin 2osmeg slow as a snail cant make sense of the stats used to be a asdl user any1 know any tweeks?

Test 1: 1024K took 4735 ms = 216.3 KB/sec, approx 1782 Kbps, 1.74 Mbps
Test 2: 1024K took 5281 ms = 193.9 KB/sec, approx 1598 Kbps, 1.56 Mbps
Test 3: 1024K took 6844 ms = 149.6 KB/sec, approx 1233 Kbps, 1.2 Mbps
Test 4: 2048K took 9140 ms = 224.1 KB/sec, approx 1847 Kbps, 1.8 Mbps

Overall Average Speed = approx 1615 Kbps, 1.58 Mbps dont no what this means

directly connected to the modem ? Using a router ? If so, connected by ethernet or wireless ?

wired from the black modem to a belkin then to pc via ethenet cable

pluged in straight to pc without router then hit 2.5mb speed but now iv downloaded 3 gig im sopposed to be capped at 4meg so y am i capped a 1meg connection my ubr what ever that is 25% so cs told me so much for unlimited what a pile ov cack u can have 20mb but cant download more then 3 gig
