To all whose connection times out

I see a lot of topics regarding timing out, slow browsing speeds etc. Last night I finally talked to someone from Virgin who had an idea of what was going on.

He said that the issue is with the UBR and depending on the number of people in your area it might take longer or shorter to deal with this issue. Some areas experience this timing out problem for up to two months.

All it needs is a little traffic managment, something we already knew but at least they admitted it this time. There are actually no faults.

Funny thing is I called them 5 times and spoke to 5 people and everytime after hanging up my internet speeds have gone up to go down again a couple of hours later.
