had engineers come over today and they is wat they said

i had 2 engineers come to my home again to check wat wrong, this is the second time. but this time they didnt do anything at all.
they came and said
"we cant do anyting about the slow speed, we can only check the signels, whats happed is this area is not ready for 20mb nor are most of the other areas. they need to upgread their inftastructure.
i would advice u to downgread to 4 or 2 meg. i have 2meg at home and i get around 1.5mb. u get ur moneys worth. plus there r soo many people subscribing now, that the servers cant handel it, thats why they need to upgread too. too many ppl on the server."

well thats it they r selling 20mb when they cant provide 20 meg

Had my own engineer say pretty much the same thing on Wedensady though but alledegdly theres some mysterious work happening my way on the 21st.

Just hope i notice it.

Can me as a minor dyslexic point you in the direction of google toolbar and the spellchecker no offence but ive really struggled to read your first post

I live on a poor council estate( other members use these terms) must be most people round here can not afford 20 meg cuz mine so far is rock steady (touch wood(thats cuz Danni minogue was just on children in need))

Not everyone,including me needs any engineer to tell us how in capable they are of providing the service in some places but still.....I gave pretty similar advice for those in my own area after my own unrequested engineer visit 2 days ago.

I dont think anyone paid much notice though.

Quotes do have to be exact and precise. It's valiable, something you can rely on.
