Downstream SNR

What is the limit -/+ for the downstream SNR? As mine seems to be stuck at 12.3dbmv, is this good or bad.

There is already a thread on this but mine is showing
Downstream Receive Power Level : -12.0 dBmV

I have a tech coming out on Friday to try and resolve but as I live in a little town, I doubt much can be done.

Re: Downstream SNR

" Downstream SNR: Minimums are 24.5dB on the Langley platform and 26dB on the Bromley platform. Again these aren't the minimums required to function but when you're down this low you're teetering on the brink of losing your service."
