XL 20mb BB SUCKS

and i am paying for XL 20mb BB

i am going to watchdog and ofcom, i have had enough

and advice on a format of a letter to virgin media for a complain

I'd run some actuall download speed checks first mate, those speed test scripts are very unreliable.

Test 2: 1024K took 19203 ms = 53.3 KB/sec, approx 439 Kbps, 0.43 Mbps
Test 3: 1024K took 12562 ms = 81.5 KB/sec, approx 672 Kbps, 0.66 Mbps
Test 4: 2048K took 23360 ms = 87.7 KB/sec, approx 723 Kbps, 0.71 Mbps

Overall Average Speed = approx 580 Kbps, 0.57 Mbps

Damn, 210MB just for a bandwidth tester? Does it have a FPS programmed into it you can play while waiting for the results??

Overall Average Speed = approx 4202 Kbps, 4.1 Mbps

For a 4Mb/s service the speeds are good in fact top rate what would I complain about???? I am on the 20Mb/s service

many of the problems on the Virgin Media network may be caused by the excessive amount of 'speed tests' people keep running...

Just a suggestion my friend, I'd rather a real download over a webtest any day.
Oof that image is huge, thumb nail may have been better.
