Internet gone sloooooooow again tonight

Have had some trouble in Bolton lately with my broadband. 18Mb one minute and 0.5Mb literally the next. Has been better recently after havin a tech out but tonight it's gone real bad again. Modem levels look good but upon lookin in the event log i see this

The event log is usually pretty clear.. It did take rather a long time to connect tonight too...

Does anyone know what all that means or if it is any problem.....Also is there any way to tell from the modem configs if I've been STM'd
