Problem finding websites

I have been having problems over a few weeks when I login to the Internet. Very often Firefox cannot find the homepage or other familiar sites, and I have to wait until the Try Again icon appears.

Is there something wrong with the servers that supply the Welling area?

It's getting to the point where I'd like to quit Virgin.

Well yeah a lot of us do but it will help if you don't go shooting the pimp when it's the working girl that's the problem, so to speak lol.

The reason I hold the pimp in low regard is because in the past I've been able to change servers in Tools, Options, and this has rectified the fault for a while. It seems that Virgin has put a stop to that now. I notice that FF is quicker without the McAfee Site Advisor

Still having problems, so I guess I'm gonna blame the pimp.
