For info about virgin tv press 2
For info about phone press 3
PRESSED 1
If you broadband press 1
If you use dial up press 2
PRESSED 1
If your having problem getting online heres what to do next, unplug your modem for 2 mins restart your PC...
This will solve most problems if not then dial our premium number
