Thinking I may try 20mb but not sure if my modem will hack it?
It's an ntl ambit 100 i think? (silver colour) well it says ntlhome 100 on the back label?
If I do need a new one will virgin just send a newer one out free or will I have to pay. Whats the procedure. Also if i did upgrade from 4mb to 20mb(online) how long would it take?
