Wireless 2mb

Ok i have Wireless 2 mb.

I am getting the connection wireless from the mac pc upstairs, with the made modem and wireless router connected downstairs.

When i watch a youtube video, it goes fro about 20 scs then stops, finished.
A link of tv links watch for about 2 mins stops, no more lloading.
When downloading on p2p software, it goes at 0mb then goes diconnected reconnects again.

Internet decent speed.

Very annoying.

Help appreciated.

Have you tried the Mac closer to the router, and does it make any difference?

i had this problem at first but resolved it by changing my wireless channel to channel 9. could be the same for you

i got scientific atlanta, touter and got a belking54g wireless router, should i try using the 9 chennel there are about 10.
