Post Should VM send us an email if we are being STM'd?

We have no way of knowing if we are being Traffic managed. so to save us all 25p a min to call the support line to find out, and to keep the lines from being clogged up with us all asking if we are. do you think we should be sent confirmation from Virgin Media that we are?

Please stop trolling this forum with your personal crusade against VM.

This 'new' thread adds nothing to what has been said over the past few days and simply looks like an attempt to re-open discussions that have been closed by the team because they were going nowhere.
