Problems with speed in Leeds?

Anyone else tonight notice the speed difference, I am on the 20mb plan and I can't get faster speeds than 45 k/s download, this was from the news groups and also I did a speednet test and that is very slow often taking 30 seconds or more to even start showing a test and I am again hitting about the 256 - 512 mark on it.

not sure if this has been an ongoing problem for a few days as I have been away since last week, but I checked the Virgin status page and there is no mention of Leeds at all.
