Are you connecting through a router? If so, check the network interface (link speed) on it, it sounds like it could be only 10Mbps.
If you're not, I have no clue.

just making sure, are you positive that is for the router->modem not router->pc?
practically all routers will do 100mb to the PCs but not all do 100mb to the modem, what router do you have?

Same problem here, Linksys WRT54GL flashed with DD-WRT v23 SP3 and Ambit 250.

Wired OFC, I had a 54GSUK too but I upgraded to 54GL. Its not a router problem nor a computer problem, purely some **** up with them capping me at a 10Mbps speed even though the modem is showing a 20Mbps config file.

What does your modem config page actually say.

Re: Anyone STUCKED on 10mb DOWNLOAD after the 20mb UPGRADE?
I'm stuck at 10 as well, I've got a belkin router and if I connect wireless I only get 5.2 meg. If I connect to the router with a cable I get 10 and if I connect direct to the cable modem I also get 10!

This may sound like a silly question, but how do you check your modem config?
