I´m a VM broadband user, blueyonder side.
My nightmare started today when I realized that Internet was down. I checked the web interface of the modem and it´s clearly down (not syncronized). After making the basic stuff (reboot modem & pc, etc) I decided to call tech support.
I called 08454541111 and that robot operator asked me some details, just to end saying that new phone for broadband support is 0906 212 1111. Then I called that number and another robot says "this number is not in use".

I just submitted a support ticket via the website form but didn´t get any aswer. I´m pi**ed off because I really need my connection asap.
Do any of you know any phone number to speak to a PERSON and not a dumb*ss robot that points to a not working phone number?? even any alternative number to speak to a robot that points me to a real person? I´ve been searching for numbers desperately all morning with no luck.

PD: I just checked the box outside my house and it seems that someone opened it, then attached a cable to my neighbour´s window... the cables and stuff look pretty much like the official VM ones but I still suspect that my neighbour made an illegal connection and that may be causing me that inet problems. Any advice on that?
