Moving home question

I am moving to a new house in about 3 months time. I have a discount on my internet and telephone with Virgin Media.

Will this discount carry over to my new address?

Re: Moving home question

Your best bet is ringing up billing department (think you can navigate to that via 150 on a VM phone line) and asking if a deal can be arranged. However my thoughts are that because it is a new address you may be treated as a new customer.. Thats not definite though, just an inkling. Call 'em up, you can at least wangle a new customer deal maybe

Re: Moving home question

Well, if I lose my discount, they lose me as a customer.
