Re: Anyone on the 20mbit/s yet?
I was upgraded to 20meg service and for a couple of days it worked fine. The I was getting LESS THAN IF I WAS ON A 2MB CONNECTION!!!!
After a couple of weeks I downgraded to 2mb as I might aswell pay for that speed if that's all i'm getting!

Re: Anyone on the 20mbit/s yet?
I spoke to a manager in customer relations who was telling me that no other company will be able to touch VM with regards to speed as they are trialling a 50Mb service which will be out soon.
WTF they know we have problems and they are mucking about with faster speeds. why don't they get the 20Mb service running so we can all use it ??????

Re: Anyone on the 20mbit/s yet?
I'm starting to think that the STM is in place to keep the present network running just that teeeeny bit longer until the new network (or network upgrade), capable of 50Mbps is in place.
Wishful thinking? Maybe; but I can't see a 50Mbps service being launched with STM.

STM - "Something" Traffic Management me thinks...
There are problems, but these problems need sorting before any advancements are made on the current services...

New Trial Announced http://www.virginmedia.com/digital/h...vice-trial.php
Funny how VM can make an everyday item sound revolutionary.
