Is there any upgrades yet to 20mb yet in the Croydon, Morden, Sutton, Kingston area?

So what is the point of asking if it is not happening till MAY ?
Or are you one of these who thinks that dates are for ignoring and The bloke down the pub knows the dates better than the company that will be doing the upgrade.

I appreciate that your customers will never be satisfied and they'll complain about the injustice that regions A & B have been upgraded so why haven't they etc but it does seem that, what with the modem upgrade charge debacle, that the whole issue isn't being fantastically well managed...
