how did you manage to post this if there was a outage ?
I've got a 3month ADSL contract with Freeola. I was checking out ADSL to decide if I could ditch NTL. To be fair - despite this thread - NTL product has improved over the last year , and I got through to CS faily quickly, so I might stay with NTL - esp if cheap/free speed upgrades are round the corner.
