Just Upgraded To 4mb
how long till i see the 4mb service? i called them over 2/3 hrs ago

i have logged into my cable modem and it still says 2mb

any ideas ?

Unplug your cable modem from the wall socket (AC power) and wait 5 mins and then reboot the modem and try again.

i was upgraded to 4mb when i was still on the fone to them a couple of months ago i didnt need to do anything sometimes it is right away and some it aintjust ur donald duck i guess

When i was upgraded to 10Mb, the guy told me to reboot my modem in an hour, i did and i was on 10Mb

ye i remeber upgrading a while back and it was instant, this is about 7 hrs now and its still on 2 meg, .. i gues it looks like it will be the 24 hr

I don't think the Virgin Media CS have upgraded you on their system. I would ring back and check what's going on.

p.s whats weather like in leicester mate, me and the missus are meant to be comin over from stoke tonight. if it carries on snowing we wont bother though..
