e-mail trouble???

Could one of the NTL professionals tell me whether the ongoing work is causing access problems for pop e-mail please?

I use mailwasher followed by outlook express. The trouble is that in the last 2 - 3 weeks mailwasher fires up then does not login to my pop mail all the time.

This then seems to cause my pc to hang. Nothing will shutdown mailwasher properly. Some times even task manager will not do so.

It usually takes a power off reset, start/turn off etc often won't work.

I look in task manager if it is up for any stray cause/process but all I have is the system idle process 98% & task manager 2%.

I tend to access at the usual busy times weekday evenings. Today Sunday is OK.

My POP access has been fine, have you tried uninstalling Mailwasher, delete it's install folder, reboot and re-install it?

Mine's been working fine too. Does it work when just using Outlook Express without Mail Washer?
