Slow in Teeside (TS6 0)
Is anyone in Teeside experiencing slow download speeds outside the NTL network? Im downloading from Texas, USA and Im getting about 120KB/s maximum. It was great earlier on. Inside the NTL network I can get 3.2Mbps on the speedtest.

Maybe you are routing through Level3 on the inward leg?

Last time I looked ALL the Level3 routers I saw were saturated and dropping packets.
They've been like this for months.

It was perfect this afternoon, I could max out to 4Mbps, then the rush started at 4pm and its been at about 1.5-2.0Mbps since.
