Telewest Broadband Customer Services

Please bear with me as i'm typing with one hand.

I'm currently on the phone to tw, and have been so far on the phone the timer is @ 75:04

Called initially to cancel my internet as i'm not happy with the sewrvice, guy picks up says i'll put u thru to right dept...on hold for 50 mins then girl picksa up and says i'll put u thru to riht dept...timer current at 79:45...4 mins to type this up

Jokes on them as i used a 0800 number to call them

Still holding - nothing to lose as i'm not paying the phone bill...tw are by my use of the freepohone no.

Well I cancelled my internet after holding on line for 35 mins. I was offered 6 months free on 10M and told TW, no point, I cannot get even 100kb/s

They were actually really nice when I phoned them up at the begining, they were even by the sounds of it googling the equiptment I had to help me!

Which impressed me
