Loss of Broadband -RG6 Area

Did anyone in the RG6 area lose broadband last night? This is the 2nd time in 48 hours I have lost the service. Its usually very reliable.

If others have had the problem, I'll leave it, but not sure if I should get an engineer out or not?

Surely, if the BB goes down, I'd imagine the TV service would go down, but TV was ok except the on demand wasn't working.

Re: Loss of Broadband -RG6 Area

Further to this, the broadband has been ok since I last posted, but would like to know if anyone can be so kind as to check my signal levels to make sure its not anything my end.

Downstream Modulation : QAM256
Downstream Symbol Rate : 5360.537 Ksym/sec
Downstream Interleave Depth : taps32Increment4
Downstream Receive Power Level : 1.0 dBmV
Downstream SNR : 39.8 dB
Upstream transmit Power Level : 54.0 dBmV

I am using the ntl:250 modem.

Thanks for any advice.
