It's a link to a NTL KB article which no doubt states that currently NTL has no plan to develop or support NTL Netguard on Windows XP 64...... at a guess

looking for drives to run netgaurd with x-64 bitwas running fine till Iupgraded
xp professional x-bit 64.I am a novice at all of this.
