Broadband Medic not loading up

Hi. Just got broadband installed today. Very nice.

Anyway, this Broadband Medic program is not loading properly. When i start it, it just shows a screen that says:

"broadband medic is loading. Please wait.........................."

Underneath, it says:

"D-1.0.0"

I've left it like this for 15 minutes. Any ideas as to why it's not loading? I don't need to use it - i just what to see what it's like.

I'm on WinXP SP2, Panda AV, ZoneAlarm, Ad-aware6, SpywareBlaster.

can you not uninstal it and try again

Do you even need to install it ?
If you are surfing the net fine then you dont need to install it.
As far as I know, its only for disagnosing problems.

I just installed it cos it was on the cd that was given to me by the engineer. Suppose i could just uninstall it - broadband is working fine!

Have just uninstalled BroadbandMedic and broadjump software. PC seems faster! Anyway, broadband still works, which is the main thing! Thanks.
