Registration nightmare

HI,

I have been trying to register at http://autoreg.autoregister.net for the last few days with NO success and the helpline just keep telling me to try later.

I can get to the website, put in all the correct details(These have been confirmed on the phone) after putting in PIn NO etc what looks like the final stage when it is validating details it fails. It says system error. I have spent over 5 hours on the phone to the helkp line and all they tell me is to switch everythin off and try in 1/2 hour. I have done this 10= time to no avail. Has anyone else had this problem? IF so what was the solution.

Many thanks

Dan

Re: Registration nightmare

The only thing you can do is get back on the phone really.
Do you run any firewall, anti-virus or anti-spyware software on the pc?
Also what operating system is it and are you connecting via STB or stand alone cable modem and is it via USB or Ethernet?
