Could they upgrade the wrong equipment?

I have tv through STB and BB through SACM.

I have not been upgraded yet (haven't rung up).

Might NTL try to upgrade my STB instead of my SACM or does this not matter?

Sorry if that doesn't make much sense.

Also, when am I likely to get the upgrade if I don't ring up?

Thanks a lot.

Re: Could they upgrade the wrong equipment?

The likelyhood of them pinging the STB which isn't BB enabled or registered instead of the registered SACM is a bit low but the easy thing to do is ring them or use the tier upgrade section of the NTL website since SACMs can be upgraded online
http://www.ntlworld.com/data-feeds/e...cablemodem.php is the link to upgrade online for SACMs

Re: Could they upgrade the wrong equipment?

They won't try to upgrade your STB instead. Just do as Paul says, & either use the online upgrade, or phone Customer Services (0800 052 2000).

Online upgrade link for SACMs: http://www.ntlworld.com/data-feeds/e...tierMigration/
