I've noticed over the past few days that my average upload speed of about 35kbytes a second has decreased to somewhere between 10k and 15k. I'm connected to nott.cable.ntl.com.
Has anyone else noticed this? Thought I should mention it.
It all depends where you uploading too of course If your getting that speed say to your webspace on NTL then fair enough I would say there maybe something not quite right..
otherwise if its an exernal server it could well be traffic.
I had this a while ago, the line strength going to my STB was far too high, the eng removed the attenuator and put me on a lower strength tap and all was fine again
