Stafford area

Last night was the second night without BB connection, phoned help line Thursday night and they said there was a problem in the area, well hung on the phone Friday evening for 45 mins before giving up because it was off again, just wanting to know if this is going to be regular now, what the problem is, anyone else in the area having similar probs. Cheers

I live in the Stafford Area and had no problems last night, so why would a fault only affect part of the area?
