Question SNR 29db, Ret Pwr 53db

Are these acceptable connection values for a Pace 1000 STB?

My connection keeps going down every couple of days requiring a reboot and I'm getting a little tired of it - and a bad back . Can anyone help?

( Been lurking for a while. Great forum. BTW I'm in SK6 )

To be honest i had similar problems till i got a pace 2000 then a samsung

The 1000 is not the best of boxes what speed are you on if 750K you will have loads of hassle with it

Explain the problems to CS mention 1000 box you should get it swapped out

Quite right dont forget to mention all the disconnects know what you are felling you get sick to the back teeth with it .
If they swap for a 4000 its out of the frying pan into the fire though so be carefull

I think we started with a 4000 but it died shortly after getting it.

How do I make sure they put a 2000 in?
