gatts is an unknown quantity at this point

since they replaced my pace box with the samsung box a week ago my p2p downloads (bittorrent) have never gone over 70k/s and even then at the expense of my upload which drops under 10k/s since i have the 1mbit service for downloading torrents this is a bit of a problem can anyone tell me if this is a problem with the box or is there some other reason ive heard other people say there box is fine but some have the same problem as me would getting them to install a sacm solve this problem?
