Upgraded but see no real difference

We were recently upgraded to the Silver Samsung set top box but I can't really say I've seen much of a difference in BB perfromance. Any ideas? I guess this is an open question so I'm expecting to get loads of questions about my setup.

Cheers

Re: Upgraded but see no real difference

Are you having problems? If not, the Samsung should behave exactly as a Pace would, i.e, you get broadband through it at up to whatever speed it's currently set to, 300k, 750k or 1Mb.

Re: Upgraded but see no real difference

Hi, you haven't stated what tier you have. If its 1meg the upgrade might not have happened yet. Go to your set top and make sure the now and nxt bars not showing. The, press Pg Up-Pg Down- Blue button. This should bring up a little pop up on your screen. I think its the 3rd page that tells you what speed ou should be getting.
