number34 is an unknown quantity at this point
Problems in Reading area?

About half an hour ago my cable modem (Terayon) cable light started flashing and I lost connection. Have powered down a couple of times and that stopped the flashing but unfortunately the light stayed off!
Am now using my trusty Gio dial up to ask if anyone else has the same problem.

I would assume from no replies that others in your area do not have this problem?

Is your TV working, or neighbours on ntl broadband? If so, then you need to call ntl and log a fault. Hope this helps.

Have you spoken to ntl Tech Support about this? If so, what did they say?
