Are the other two lights (sync and ready) lights flashing when this happens ?

Point your broswer to http://192.168.100.1/ and then enter the password of root and root.

Have a look at the config screen and post back the upstream power level and downstream snr levels when the connections drops.

In general if those lights are flashing then it is usually a power level problem but the results from the diagnostics will prove this and ultimately will require an engineers visit to correct.

Unhappy Re: Connection dropping since upgrade

sync and ready do not come on when the problem happens. sometimes the Ready light is on and the Sync light is off somtimes its the other way round

When the problem happens i do not have access to the net to carry out any kind of tests
