thanks monkeybreath!
ok, for a few weeks i have been having a major headache with problems related to webspace access, NTL as useless as ever were not being helpful, so about a week ago i contacted forum member 'monkeybreath' to see if he could help sort the mess out and after a brief period of trying to figure out the the problem it has now finally been resolved.
so i started this thread to publicly thank him for being a helpful NTL employee 
so thank you monkeybreath!

your welcome! i have no problem at all with helping people who appreciate it... this was one certainly a challenge but we got there in the end! now go find me the pictures you were going to put on my webspace
