It also looks like at first glance that broadband plus is with the 150 ....
until you click on it and it tells you to upgrade before you get that

Re: NTL 150K service £8.99 for three months
So if someone already subscribes to the 150k can they cancel one day then sign back up the next day, and save £27?
I suppose they would delete the e-mail addys but if u sign back up straight away its pretty likely you wouldn't lose the addresses to anyone else.

But then they would enter new 12 month contract with NTL for broadband surely?

Re: NTL 150K service £8.99 for three months
If you go to sign up for these services is says that all speeds are 1/2 price for 3 months. Does this mean I can upgrade from 150k to 600k and get half price for 3 months? It doesn't say anything about new customers only on 600k and 1mb, only 150k!

Be careful - I'm not sure that e-mail addresses from deleted accounts are made available straight away - they used to be kept "locked" for a period (six months ?) to prevent someone else getting them straight away and thus receiving e-mails that were really meant for the old owner.

They still are, but Technical Support (and, theoretically, Customer Services) can transfer them between accounts - including rescuing them from disconnected accounts. Webspace cannot be transferred, but can be recreated in the new account - however, this means deleting and recreating it.

I've done something like this before with NTL. They didn't even bother starting me off as a new customer. Said it would cost too much and would be easier just to let me have the offer. Not sure if I was tied to a 12 month contract though but didn't care. I got the ondigital offer
