My mate has just got 1mb BB installed today, but he tells me that it is only going at 45kbps, why is it going at a slow speed and what speed should 1mb be going at?
On install the service is configured to operate at 150k. Once provisioned it will operate at 1Mb. Has he gone to the autoreg screens and completed the setup?
