Outlaw
Just watched the pilot (was on the 15th with the next show on the 1st Oct) and really enjoyed it.. About time that Jimmy Smits got back in the court room

This is on my list of "maybes". There are so many new legal dramas (& police procedurals) this season though.

Yep. I do like legal stuff, even better when it's mixed with police like in the Law and order series (looking forward to L&O:LA starting this week)
Disapointed though with the almost documentary aspect of Detroit 1-8-7 but will give it a chance..
Getting back to Outlaw, Smits falls perfectly into the role and the group very much reminds me (though not a direct comparison) of The Practice

This being a Friday night show, I think I'll hold off and see how it does. I don't wanna get into it and the BAM! it's removed from the schedules.
@Detroit 1-8-7 (1-8-7 is for California, talk about bad research), it was meant to be a mockumentry to begin with but the Detroit police banned camera crews from following them after something happened so they decided to remove that element of it. I'm guessing that means we'll see less of it as the show goes on.
