Re: Simon Cowell considering axing UK shows..
I suspect we are not the audience that would watch that type of show. Being in the majority of 30 (or less) may not be that telling, though still counting, could we reach the heady heights of 40?

Re: Simon Cowell considering axing UK shows..
It's very tempting to add "Axe Simon Cowell" as an option on the poll...

You might be missing the "in", in the statement "Axe Simon Cowell" , or, am I too cruel :|

Im not going to say that I never watch them because I do. For the first time since X factor started I haven't watched the auditions this year. It was better when they had the auditions in the room and was ruined when they had the live audience last year. I'm also fed up with the sob stories. I want to just to hear the person or groups with the sob story behind it. So I'm going to wait until the final starts and then I will watch it.
This years BGT was very poor and I cant even remember who won it.

Re: Simon Cowell considering axing UK shows..
Never never watch them...never
My idea of torture. I also don't watch Big Brother, shows predominately for kids..and sex shows (the latter because it just depresses me, it is never like real life..or my life . "Ohhhhh big C"..see, not real )

Nope - Big Brother, Strictly, X-Factor, BGT, Get Me Out Of Here, The Hills, Kardashians, and the ilk; I have to leave the room when they're on, as I can't afford a replacement TV.
They are (imho) just "bread and circuses", providing humiliation on demand for TV audiences; if this reflects the state of our society, it doesn't augur well (again, imho).
