US Timeline The Pillars of the Earth

The Pillars of the Earth is an eight part series currently broadcasting on Starz in the US (the same cable network as Spartacus and the upcoming Torchwood reboot). It is based upon the Ken Follett novel of the same name, and Ridley and Tony Scott are the Executive Producers.

It's a medieval drama set in England during The Anarchy.

Six eps have been shown so far. I've watched the first few, and I think it's quite good (I don't know how close it is to the novel though).

Yup, I really enjoy it. Very well made, with a great cast. Not sure if its got a UK pickup yet.
